Ticketing
Online
Tickets are available in advance online on our website through Ticketfly only. If tickets online are not sold out, tickets will be available for that night’s show when doors open. Just click on the TICKETS button next to the show you wish to attend and follow the prompts. We accept Visa & Mastercard & American Express for online ticket sales.
Taxes and Fees on Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased online are subject to TicketFly service charges. Tickets purchased at the door will not be subject to online charges.
Age Policy
Although we are an all ages venue, certain shows are subject to age restrictions. Please MAKE SURE to review info in the online box office when purchasing tickets. State issued ID is required of all guests, regardless of your age.
Sold Out Shows
To ensure that you are guaranteed entry to the show, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance ONLINE.
Seating
Shows are General Admission unless otherwise noted. Entrance is on a first come – first serve basis. Doors open an hour before show time.
Handicap Access
Handicap Access is available through the restaurant (left hand door from the street) and then via the elevator in the back of Doc Ricketts’ restaurant leading to Doc’s Lab venue in the basement. Upon entering Doc Ricketts, please ask the manager for Handicap Access to Doc’s Lab.
General Policies
No professional audio, video or still photography is permitted at the venue unless prior arrangements and approval are obtained.
No refunds or exchanges on your tickets.
No smoking in or around the venue.
